Baijal to Kejriwal: No Place for Violence in Democracy
It is said that Kejriwal was particularly interested in releasing false ads related to reduction in corruption in his regime. But the fact is that corruption has increased manifold in Delhi Government.

The Lt. Governor (LG) of Delhi Anil Baijal has warned Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal in unequivocal terms that he will not tolerate violence by politicians who belong to Kejriwal’s Aam Aadmi Party (AAP).
Baijal was referring to the recent incident in which the chief secretary of Delhi Government Aanshu Prakash has alleged that a couple of AAP MLAs had beaten him at the behest of Kejriwal.
The chief secretary has stated in his police complaint that Kejriwal and his accomplices forced him to release TV ads highlighting Kejriwal’s achievements in the past 3 years.
When the chief secretary said he will follow the Supreme Court guidelines for such ads, the attackers felt offended and started beating him.
Met Hon’ble CM @ArvindKejriwal & his cabinet colleagues. Strongly condemn the recent unfortunate incidents. Advised elected Govt. to take steps to remove mistrust with Govt. employees so that development of Delhi is not affected. No place for violence in democracy.

While the Delhi Police is investigating the case, LG Baijal has advised Kejriwal’s government to restore trust in bureaucracy as almost all the bureaucrats have boycotted the official activities planned by Kejriwal and his ministers.
Officers not attending meetings for last 3 days. Governance suffering. I m v concerned. LG assured he will take all steps to ensure officers started functioning normally. Council of ministers assured him all cooperation. All of us need to work together for betterment of Delhi

Kejriwal complained that the government officers are not attending meetings for the past 3 days while the governance is suffering. However, Kejriwal did not appologize for the violence that happened at his residence against the chief secretary.
Meanwhile, the Delhi unit of BJP has been protesting against Kejriwal’s government. The BJP questions if Kejriwal is the head of a government or a gang.
