Is Masturbation Good for Your Health?
“Masturbation is a healthy sexual outlet,” says sex and relationship expert Dr. Kat Van Kirk. “Research shows it can help individuals cope with stress, improve the immune system and it enhances partnered sex. Masturbation is a great form of preventative medicine.”
Meanwhile, Adam & Eve, America’s leading source for adult products, has revealed the latest findings on adults’ masturbation habits from its “Great American Sex Survey.”

The next highest group of respondents (18%) said they masturbate 1-3 times per month, while an additional 18% said they masturbate 5-6 times a week, on a daily basis or more than once a day.

Chad Davis, marketing director for Adam & Eve, adds, “Whether individuals engage in masturbation in addition to their current relationships or in-between relationships, Adam & Eve has a variety of products to make self-gratification even more gratifying.”
