Pipe Bombs Sent to Harm Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama
Following the discovery of pipe bombs sent to harm Hillary Clinton, former President Barack Obama, and others, President Donald Trump condemned the act of violence, saying the safety of the American people is his highest priority.
In a matter-of-fact statement, Trump said today he has concluded a briefing with the FBI, Department of Justice, Department of Homeland Security, and the U.S. Secret Service to know the facts of the case.
A series of explosive devices were sent Wednesday by unknown people to Trump critics including Clinton, Obama, other Democrats and the office of CNN in the New York City.
Earlier on Monday, a pipe bomb was found in the mailbox of billionaire George Soros who is a staunch supporter of Democrats.

After the incident, Hillary Clinton said in Florida: “We are fine thanks to the men and women of the Secret Service. Every day, we are grateful for their service and commitment. And obviously, never more than today. But it is a troubling time, isn’t it?”
Meanwhile, on a CNN show, former CIA Director John Brennan said President Trump’s rhetoric is “un-American,” and has “emboldened individuals to take matters into their own hands.” It was Brennan’s first public remarks following reports of a suspicious package addressed to him.
In order to keep his political base engaged, Trump has been constantly issuing hate statements against the media including CNN and his critics in the opposition party.
According to CNN, law-enforcement officials are trying to track down a package addressed to former Vice President Joe Biden that’s now considered suspicious because of similarities to other packages.
