The Rattrap Novel for Kids on Twitter

Raman Media Network (RMN) Company, a diversified content creation and management company, has released its new novel titled The Rattrap* (a trap for catching rats) on the microblogging, social networking site Twitter. The Rattrap will run with daily tweets on Twitter.

“It’s a didactic story that will help children understand many current realities of the world in which we all live. It’ll also empower them to take the right steps to make the world a better place to live,” said Rakesh Raman, Chief Dreamer, Raman Media Network. He has also written the story for the novel The Rattrap.

Earlier, Rakesh also has written a novel “Robojit and the Sand Planet” for children and young adults. The Robojit novel was started on Twitter. However, now it’s published as a book and a comprehensive global entertainment project site.

Even international news agency Reuters has written about this work, comparing Rakesh with the top Twitter novelists in the world. Here’s the Reuters report link.

The Rattrap story revolves around two children – Terry and his younger sister Sarah. The kids live with their parents in a village named Garwall. All’s well with all of them except for the mounting menace from an unexpected enemy – the army of rats.

These rats are even bigger than some cats and they’re hell-bent to make the life miserable for the village folk. But before they go on any further rampage, Terry and Sarah decide to take the matter in their own hands. But the story takes a strange turn.

“Children – mainly tweens and teens – in all parts of the world will enjoy the story, which is highly entertaining – full of thrill, adventure, excitement, and humor,” said Raman.

According to RMN Company, The Rattrap story is perfectly suitable for a Hollywood movie, a big-budget digital video game, animation film, TV series, and a comic book.

“We’re inviting moviemakers and investors to explore The Rattrap work for a global-scale entertainment project,” said Raman.

The novel is being released on Twitter today, July 24. You can follow The Rattrap on Twitter, at: http://twitter.com/#!/rattrapnovel
