Standard’s 10 New Luxury Home Designs
Standard Pacific Homes, a leading homebuilder in the U.S., has announced plans to unveil Shady Oaks, a brand new collection of luxury residences nestled around the natural beauty of Southlake’s oak trees, green belts and open spaces.
The 10 new home designs incorporate artistry and advancement in architecture that address the changing lifestyles of today’s homeowners with an emphasis on open spaces and indoor to outdoor connectivity, says the company.
Standard Pacific Homes’ new home designs offer highly appointed kitchens that flow into expansive Great Rooms creating the ideal space for entertaining and everyday life.
The homes provide eloquently-appointed master suites with walk-in closets and spacious spa-like private bathrooms. Plus, the homes offer first floor guest suites, media rooms and integrated outdoor living spaces accessible through a sliding glass wall that creates an airy transparency and extends the livable square footage of the home.

Priced from the $780,000s, Shady Oaks’ estate-sized residences range in size from 4,000 to 6,300 square feet of living space. The homes feature Tuscan, Tudor and French-country exterior styles and offer up to five bedrooms and six and one-half bathrooms.

According to the company, all of the homes within Shady Oaks will be ENERGY STAR certified, which means that the homes meet rigorous energy standards developed by a joint program of the Department of Energy and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
