As the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) is in the process of expanding its regime beyond the already captured terrains of Iraq and Syria, the terrorist organization is focusing on systematic training for its soldiers.
According to ISIS, it has established numerous training camps dedicated to providing an essential level of training to its mujāhidīn. The fighters are trained properly before sending them into battle or assigning them to specific units for more specialized training.
In the new issue of its Dabiq magazine, ISIS has discussed its training strategy while providing a glimpse into the Shaykh Abū Hamzah al-Muhājir Training Camp in Fallūjah.
Currently, ISIS holds a state which is at least equivalent to the geographical area of the U.K. But it has already planned to move beyond Iraq and Syria in order to expand its regime. Its next target: Europe.

“From the guidance of Allah and His Messenger (sallallāhu ‘alayhi wa sallam) is that the Muslims are encouraged to prepare themselves for jihād in the path of Allah in order to terrorize His enemies,” said ISIS.
This preparation, according to ISIS, covers all relevant areas, including physical preparation, tactical and strategic preparation, resource and logistics preparation, and most importantly religious preparation.
“We are required to utilize and prepare all means available to us that would contribute to the goal of fighting in the path of Allah and bringing victory to His religion, but in the end we place our trust in Allah Himself. The means should not distract us from Allah,” says ISIS.
