Metro Fare Hike: How Arvind Kejriwal Lost His Relevance in Delhi
Why do people of Delhi need such a beleaguered politician who has failed to deliver in every sphere of activity?

Delhi is dirty. Chief minister (CM) Arvind Kejriwal cannot get it cleaned.
Delhi is polluted. Kejriwal cannot help stop pollution.
Delhi’s education system is tottering. Kejriwal failed to improve it.
Lawlessness is increasing in Delhi. Kejriwal is helpless.
Corruption is rampant in Delhi. Kejriwal has become part of the corrupt system.
Then why do people of Delhi need such a beleaguered politician who has failed to deliver in every sphere of activity?
As if that were not enough, now Delhi Metro has increased its fares despite some usual protests by Kejriwal.

The revised fares: up to 2 km: Rs. 10, 2 to 5 km: Rs. 20, 5 to 12 km: Rs. 30, 12 to 21 km: Rs. 40, 21 to 32 km: Rs. 50 and for journeys beyond 32 km: Rs. 60.
Although Kejriwal and his Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) have completely lost their relevance in Delhi, they have announced a protest rally against the increased fares.
AAP will hold a demonstration Friday, October 13, in front of the Ministry of Urban Affairs, Government of India, in Delhi.
