Amit Shah to Rahul Gandhi: Saving the Constitution or Saving Dynasty?
It is observed that people who vote in Indian elections are mostly poor, uneducated, and ignorant who can easily be cheated by corrupt politicians with their false promises.

The president of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Amit Shah asked today his counterpart in the Congress party Rahul Gandhi if he is trying to save the Constitution of India or the Congress dynasty.
Amit Shah was criticizing ‘Save the Constitution’ campaign that Congress launched today when the Vice President of India, M. Venkaiah Naidu – who is also the chairman of Rajya Sabha (RS) – dismissed the impeachment motion filed by a group of Congress-led RS members against Chief Justice Dipak Misra.
“The Congress Party’s ‘Save the Constitution’ campaign is both ironical and comical. In the history of post-1947 India, if there is one political party that has trampled over the Constitution in letter and spirit, time and again, it is the Congress Party,” Amit Shah wrote in his blog post on Facebook.
BJP – which is headed by India’s Prime Minister Narendra Modi also informed today that India has a vibrant democracy and a vibrant Constitution. “The Congress’ ‘Save the Constitution’ campaign is nothing but a farce that seeks to perpetuate the rule of dynasty over the rule of democracy,” BJP added.

Earlier, on Friday, 64 Rajya Sabha MPs of different political parties had submitted a notice to remove Chief Justice Misra from his position on 5 charges of misconduct.
The step was taken after the controversial decision on judge Loya’s death delivered Thursday by the Supreme Court of India.
The Supreme Court order had stated that no further investigation is needed in the death of CBI court judge B. H. Loya who was handling the Sohrabuddin Shah encounter case in which BJP president Amit Shah was the main accused.
It is largely believed that the Supreme Court – at the behest of BJP leaders – refused to further investigate judge Loya’s death case and today the impeachment motion against Misra was rejected by another BJP leader Venkaiah Naidu.
This country belongs to each and every one of us. It is the duty of the Congress party to protect the Constitution, the institutions and every single one of our citizens.#SaveTheConstitution https://t.co/40wPM0vqs2

Congress and other opposition parties are of the view that Modi – who is leading a despotic regime – is slowly destroying India’s democratic institutions including the Supreme Court. This is among the reasons that Congress launched the ‘Save the Constitution’ campaign.
