Congress Website Hacked. Police Complaint Filed
The Indian National Congress has filed a complaint with the cyber cell of Delhi Police alleging that its website and Twitter account have been hacked.
The party also stated in its complaint the hackers’ claims who have threatened to make all emails of the Congress party public by Christmas.
Congress is the main political party that has challenged the Narendra Modi regime on the demonetization issue.
Recently, Congress leader and the former Prime Minister (PM) of India Dr. Manmohan Singh had said that the mismanaged demonetization scheme of Modi is causing severe hardships to the millions of people in the country.

“This is a case of organized loot and legalized plunder,” Dr. Manmohan Singh said.
Although the party could get its Twitter account restored with the help of Twitter India, its website is still under hackers’ control.

According to Surjewala, the cyber attack occurred at around 10 a.m. today, December 1.
