President Donald Trump claims that he is not only defeating the ISIS (Islamic State of Iraq and Syria) terrorists, but he also has vanquished his predecessor Barack Obama in the fight against the terrorist group.
Trump claimed today that during the past one year of his tenure, he got over 15,000 sq. miles of territory liberated from the terrorists while Obama could get just over 13,000 sq. miles.
Quoting figures from the U.S. Department of Defense, Trump also claimed that by dropping fewer bombs, the coalition forces ensured freedom for more people from the ISIS-controlled areas.
RMN News Service cannot independently confirm Trump’s claims.
