Most people believe that Modi lies constantly because he is quite old now and because of old age it has become difficult for him to remember the incidents.

As Prime Minister (PM) of India Narendra Modi is a pathological liar who lies without any provocation, today Congress president Rahul Gandhi said that “Modilie” is a new word that describes the constant lies of a person. He also added that a website catalogs the lies told by Modi over the years.
“Modilie is a new word that has become popular worldwide. Now there is even a website that catalogs the best Modilies!” Rahul Gandhi tweeted along with the reference to the website.
According to the website, PM Modi claims that 130 crore (1.3 billion: the entire population of India) people supported him in the 2014 Lok Sabha election. But the truth is that Modi’s BJP got only 31% votes which is the lowest vote share for any party to win a complete majority.

The website further says that Modi told a lie when he recently said that he used email to transmit a photograph in 1987-88. The fact is that at that time, email facility was not available in India.
The website lists Modi’s lies from 2014 to 2019 which is the period he held PM position.
Recently, the Chief Minister (CM) of West Bengal and Chairperson of All India Trinamool Congress (AITC) Mamata Banerjee had also introduced an interactive tool to expose the lies and falsehood of PM Modi.
The web-based tool called Jumla Meter on AITC website claims that since 2014 PM Modi has been on a lying spree and he has been caught multiple times while lying. It quotes different sources to give examples of Modi’s lies.
Most people believe that Modi lies constantly because he is quite old now and because of old age it has become difficult for him to remember the incidents. So, he expresses the figment of his imagination.
