Shazam for TV on Oxygen Channel’s Glee Project
Shazam, a leading mobile discovery company, says Shazam for TV is featured in Oxygen channel’s new program, The Glee Project, which premiered Sunday, June 12.
The Glee Project launched with 12 contenders vying for a seven episode guest role on Fox’s hit series, Glee. It will be coached and judged by show’s casting director, choreographer, and vocal arranger, with a guest mentor from “Glee” making a special appearance every week.

By tagging the programs they love, Shazam users can get access to content not available elsewhere, share their tags on Twitter or use the Shazam Friends feature to share their discoveries with their Facebook friends and see a real-time feed of what their friends are watching.

Shazam application for smartphones can be found on iTunes App Store, Android Market, AT&T’s AppCenter, Verizon VCast app store, the Ovi Store by Nokia, Windows Phone Marketplace, BlackBerry App World, and GetJar.
The Shazam free App is available with five tags per month and Shazam Encore is priced at $4.99 for a 1-year subscription or a one-time fee of $5.99 on iOS; or a one-time fee of $4.99 on all other platforms.
