Venkaiah Naidu Elected India’s 13th Vice President

The Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi, congratulated M. Venkaiah Naidu Saturday on being elected the 13th Vice President of India.

The Prime Minister said, ” Congratulations to M. Venkaiah Naidu Garu on being elected India’s Vice President. My best wishes for a fruitful and motivating tenure.”

“My mind is filled with memories of working with M. Venkaiah Naidu Garu, in the Party and Government. Will cherish this aspect of our association,” Modi said, adding that Naidu will serve the nation as a diligent and dedicated Vice President, committed to the goal of nation building.
