Victoria Beckham Design for Range Rover Evoque
Land Rover and Victoria Beckham unveiled Sunday a new luxurious bespoke, hand-finished Range Rover Evoque Special Edition.
The exclusively designed four-seat coupe Range Rover Evoque Special Edition is the result of collaboration with Land Rover Design Director, Gerry McGovern, and Victoria Beckham, winner of the coveted Designer Brand of the Year award at the 2011 British Fashion Awards.
Land Rover appointed Beckham as the brand’s Creative Design Executive in July 2010. Over the past 18 months, Beckham and the Land Rover design team have worked to create her Special Edition of their Range Rover Evoque.

This dual ‘Britishness’ makes the collaboration even more exciting especially when considering the huge audience for bespoke products around the world, particularly in China, Russia and Brazil where Land Rover is growing,” said Gerry McGovern, director of Design, Land Rover.
Victoria Beckham said, “I am very excited to be working with Land Rover as I have an enormous amount of respect for the brand. I’ve always driven a Range Rover; for me they are the epitome of quality and luxury.”
Powered by the lightweight, all-aluminum 240HP 2.0-liter gasoline engine the Range Rover Evoque Special Edition will be hand-finished by Land Rover’s “Engineered to Order” division (ETO) in Warwickshire.
It is limited to a maximum of 200 vehicles to be sold worldwide and will go on sale first in China with deliveries due from October 2012.
