What Is the Future of India-US Defence Cooperation?
As Donald Trump is getting ready to become the next President of the United States, major changes are expected in the India-US defence relations.
In his pre-election promises, Trump had pledged to provide a protected environment to US companies. Going by his promises, the Trump administration will treat India only as a buyer country of the US defence gear.
As Trump has outlined his presidency plans, he said whether it is about producing steel, building cars, or curing disease, he wants the next generation of production and innovation to happen in the U.S.
